Returns and Exchange Policy – Ramajikk

At Ramajikk, we are committed to delivering high-quality women's clothing and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. To address any issues with your purchase, please review our Returns and Exchange policy:

1. Return Policy:
We do not accept returns unless the issue with the product cannot be resolved within 30 days of delivery.

In the unlikely event that we cannot address the issue, a return will be processed based on our assessment.

2. Exchange Policy:
We offer a one-time free exchange on all products, subject to the following conditions:

The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be in its original condition, with no physical damage or signs of wear.

- Your item must be unwashed and unworn
- It should be in the same condition as you received it
- It must also be in the original packaging
- All the product tags and labels on the box are intacted

Once we receive your request, the product will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.

After the product quality is verified, we will process the exchange at no additional cost.

4. Conditions for Exchange:

The product should be in its original packaging and must include all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).

Any signs of physical damage or use will void the exchange eligibility.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.

5. Shipping for Exchange:

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for inspection.

Upon approval of the exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
